The cost of modular furniture starts at 500 GEL per square meter. This base price includes mid-range GTV hardware, high-quality MDF and laminated chipboard materials, as well as delivery and installation services. However, the final price may vary depending on the chosen materials, design complexity, and individual requirements.
Our prices are higher because we include mid-range hardware in the base cost, avoiding cheap, no-name options. We prioritize quality and durability, employing more labor-intensive and reliable assembly methods, similar to professional factories. Unlike others, we do not use brackets or construction screws, ensuring our furniture looks more aesthetic and lasts longer.
We provide quality guarantees by working under a contract with clearly outlined terms that are disclosed in advance. Payments are made to a legal account, ensuring transparency and reliability in the transaction.

Site visits and room measurements are free for our clients. However, we do not work with sketches or measurements written in a notebook. For each project, our team creates a 3D visualization and a technical drawing. The cost of this service is 150 GEL, which is then deducted from the total order amount, effectively giving you a discount. This means that if you order furniture from us, the visit and drawings are free for you.
We can create almost any type of modular furniture for you. While we do not set a minimum order cost, materials are purchased in sheets, which means the price of a small item might be higher.
We are happy to store your order for free for up to 14 days after the scheduled installation date. After that, storage will be charged at 15 GEL per day.
During the measurement phase, we aim to discuss all the details of your future furniture and address all questions on-site. After the design is sent, you will have the opportunity to make up to 5 adjustments. Please note that these changes do not include a complete redesign of the project.
The primary factor is mass production—if a wardrobe is produced in large quantities, its cost will naturally be lower. Additionally, factories purchase materials at completely different price points due to bulk orders. However:
- A store-bought wardrobe is always standardized in size.
- A store-bought wardrobe is made from the simplest components.
- You will never find budget or mid-range furniture in stores made from premium materials or hardware.
